Introducing: Subak’s 2022 Climate Summit in London

We are delighted to announce that we will be hosting the inaugural Subak Climate Summit in London this October.

The Climate Summit aims to connect for-profit and not-for-profit organisations, in order to foster collaboration between disconnected spaces and boost awareness on often neglected areas of climate change.

The 1.5 day event will kick off with an Investor Day, scheduled for 4th October, where we’ll gather selected investors from across the climate finance and startup landscape, with the aim of generating awareness of funding opportunities for early-stage for-profit and not-for-profit organisations, and raising awareness of under-financed climate areas.

The Summit will continue on the 5th October with the full Climate Summit, open to the public, hosted at the London Microsoft Reactor. Within the broader scope of startups, the Summit will broadly discuss three climate areas: the energy transition, agriculture, and transport. Collectively, these three areas constitute almost 92% of global greenhouse gas emissions. By focusing on these three areas, we hope to inspire individuals and organisations to engage with these topics, through open discussion, debate and knowledge-sharing. Through these exchanges, the Climate Summit will encourage more collaboration and accelerate greater positive impact.

We will be announcing the Summit’s speakers over the coming weeks, so do keep an eye on our Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram to see who will be joining us.

You can register for a free ticket below - we hope to see you there!
